Loving this channel!! Quick question for you, what's your take on the retail elite Bengals jerseys being made from a Nylon/Spandex hybrid, but the retail elite Cardinals jersey being 100% polyester? Do they feel any different in hand? Keep up the great work!

@@drjamieson77 appreciate the support! Honestly it doesn’t feel all that different at all. With the Elite 51 retail jerseys they went with nylon for all the colored jerseys, poly for all white jerseys, and both fabrics felt the same (not the typical polyester that’s more ‘slick’). Interestingly, for the game issued jerseys, they went with nylon for all colors.
To me Nike is going downhill with jerseys across all major sports. If they would listen to the players and fans instead of CEO’s it would be a lot better. Maybe Under Armor should step up and get a shot. Maybe Reebok has grown up since the days of selling fans potato sack jerseys and need another shot?!? To me, Nike Vapor Limited Untouchable is the best pound for pound jersey that’s been sold!

Sometimes reinventing the wheel works, other times not so much. Unfortunately the Reebok brand isn’t as big as it once was, hard to see them becoming a major contender for a future deal. UA has been misfiring on all cylinders; a few years back they signed Cal and UCLA to massive contracts, both of which were terminated prematurely. Nowadays you mainly see them at smaller programs. No major issues with Nike, just wish they would’ve skipped this design for the NFL. Wouldn’t have been the first time they skipped a college template.
