This happened to me with my garden beds (though not as overgrown as this yard). I was out there weeding and pruning and tending every weekend. Then I jacked up my back. The weeds started taking over. Many of the plants I loved were choked off, and there was nothing I could do about it but close the blinds so I didn't have to look at it. Four years later, a couple of friends cleaned it all up. I bought some new plants and a couple of comfy swings so I can sit outside and enjoy the fruits of their labor. It's been wonderful. I hope this family is able to open the blinds and enjoy their yard again! 🩷

I think that used to be a really cozy garden. With small corners where you could sit, raised beds and borders. Then an evil fairy came and enchanted the garden and its owners. She said: "This garden should overgrow, all the vines should grow and hide what was once here." Luckily, a brave knight and his companions have now appeared to awaken the garden from its slumber and free it. GREAT JOB! GOD PROTECT YOU! ❤

I’m pretty sure the purple flowered vines were Morning Glories; they reseed easily, so it’d take just 2 or 3 seasons to get that bad. I live in SW WI USA, so our -30F winters kill the vines between seasons, but there’s a lot of ‘volunteers’ crop up come spring! So if there isn’t a killing frost, the vines can-and DO- spread rampantly! Seeding as they go😳😵‍💫! A draw back to the climate. But wasn’t this a fantastic video? Man, the work they did! I definitely take my hat off to them! I thank them for the work and posting the great video!

This is the best series of yard clean-up videos I've watched on youtube for the following reasons: firstly, you have respected the yard and reused material found when possible (including the potting mix). Secondly, none of this sitting on a $15 grand wizz bang mower that the average punter can't afford; you have gone old school with the petrol Honda and elbow grease. Thirdly, your sheer bravery in picking up some of the refuse with limited fear of the legless lizards and spiders. Fantastic work.

I’m willing to bet that that garden was once beautiful and someone’s pride & joy. I don’t think I’ve ever seen so much vine removed from one garden - and I watch a lot of this type of video. My favourites are always the ones where hidden treasure is unearthed (pun intended), along with paths & patios, and this one certainly delivered! If the owner cleaned up all those pots, she might make a bit of money selling them. Great work Sean & Tyler, you worked like trojan’s on this one 👏👏👏👏

Holy snapping duck feathers! All that morning glory, it’s just taken over the whole yard! You can tell by all the pots ect, that the owner used to be a keen gardener! It must have really hurt a lot to see the garden going to the dogs, week by week. The job you’ve done is an incredible gift for the owner! Thank you very much. Ps those shin guards are fantastic. I’ll be getting a pair

Amazing ! I can't believe what you found in this yard and turned it around to look so nice. This yard was once cared for by a loving person who loved potted plants and out door patio furniture. You made this yard look alive again but sad that no one will be able to enjoy what it could be.
