As I checked engineering is regulated. Secondly, there is different recognition body for different cities. So we should recognize our degree after entering Germany right?

Academic degree recognition and vocational degree recognition is from ZAB, annerkennung website is for the recognition and licensing for regulated profeasions.

If your uni has H+ status then download that certificate and degree has A4 class and in the first column one of these three keywords are written "entspricht" or "gleichwertig" or "vergleichbar" then download that certificate as well. After that you do not need ZAB

Salam I am a mechanical engineer both uni is H+ and degree corresponds , it seems that on the website to check regulated profession it is regulated one when i see it under engineer m/f list ... Could you please confirm? Also is it possible that if we plan to work in another area such as project management than licensing/regulation permit will not be needed?

Mechanical engineering (technician) is not a regulated profession you do not need license.

Sir I have BS Computer Science degree, but i have two year teaching experience as a computer science lecturer, would i need ZAB, or specific institution recognition??

I have passed BSCS 4 years from Virtual university of Pakistan and that degree I can see on Anabin Database. Do I need to get ZAB recognition or if degree is in Anabin Database then no need?

Embassy dont respond to emails. There is no special way. There is only one way you have to follow it.

@@saadulhassan5051 if your degree and institute is available on anabin (be careful with your degree from your uni should be written on the certificate) then just download the recognition certificate from anabin .. you dont need the ZAB recognition

i dont understand why we need recognition as regulated or nonregulated, i mean for degree ,hec will be enough ,right? and for professional expeirnece if i provide my experinece letter will be enough?

Software Engineer is not a regulated profession you can chek it on anerkennung-in-deutschland website.

You need either printouts of your comparable degree from anabin or comparability statement from ZAB.. that is clearly eritten on embassy website. Rest is your decision.

You can do any job but the extention of visa after one year might not happen if you do odd jobs.

You can apply for opportunity card without lisence but to practice your profession you need lisence and for lisence you need B2-C1 level german language.

Its an information for you which means you dont need a special permit to work in this domain, you just need a recognition of your degree qualification.
