True story: Right before our last trip I purchased an obnoxiously bright orange suitcase because I thought no one else would mistake that bag as theirs. Wrong! Another woman had the same exact bag and took off with mine after deboarding. I knew hers was not mine because she had put a ribbon on hers - guess she forgot about that! Luckily my long-legged hubby was able to chase her down by following glimpses of bright orange. He said it was a bit awkward when he insisted she check to make sure the bag was hers. She was adamant it was but her hubby gently suggested she check. LOL! She was a wee bit embarrassed.

For the female parts to improve freshness upon arrival I take it one step further and wear a Depends pair of underpants and then wear my normal ones over them. You can tear them off from the sides and dispose of in a doggy bag and then you have your clean undies on for the rest of the day especially if you arrive hours before hotel check in. The V wipes are good as you’ve said for freshening those “ slits”.

Just don't wear a Depends thru TSA check. I did on my last flight & got pulled aside to receive the full pat down in front of everyone. Avoid embarrassment & wait until you get thru security to put it in. It's a pain to do it that way, but saves embarrassment & time getting thru security screening

The ice on planes comes in bags so it is filtered water, it’s not made from the plane water. Also the water they give you is from big bottles, so it’s literally just bottled water. Most airlines make coffee and tea with bottled water too. There’s usually not a sink in the galley so it’s not like they are going into the bathroom to fill up the coffee pot water lol. You’re definitely safe for ice and water, and usually safe for coffee and tea

@@AB-dl5yx have you never seen them on the plane literally pouring water from those huge 1.5 L bottles and breaking up the bagged ice that goes in the tray for service? Also HOT water may be a different story, that could come from a water line within the plane so don’t order coffee or tea if you’re worried. Other than that it’s fine.

I use a bright orange strap around my suitcase. Which also makes it easier to close the suitcase, if you overpack it.

Yes, I finally learned after 18 countries 😂. I put a big blue cross on the back & front of my suitcase in blue tape. My last 4 countries have been off the plane & in the cab fast 😂

Love your videos!! When I travel, I always give a small little gift bag to the flight crew. The snack bag will usually have chocolate and some type of dry fruit or whatever I find that is fun to give. I’ve been doing this since 2015 and it makes the flight even better to start on a good note. Always grateful for the flight crew (especially Alaska 😊).

Your videos are fantastic! When I'm on the go, I make sure to share a little gift bag with the flight crew and parking crew. My snack bag usually includes chocolates and some delightful dried fruits or whatever catches my eye. I've been doing this since 2019, and it truly enhances the start of the journey. Always appreciative of the crew of Airline and Parking services like Express Parking, especially whenever I travel journey start from Heathrow Airport😊.

It depends on the airline. But Air NZ, Singapore Air and some budget airline, their water is packaged in a bottle or a small cup. So it should be safe.

Crystal Salt - solid deodorant is great to get rid of stinky armpits. I apply the crystal salt deodorant right out of the shower *when your armpits are still wet * and later apply unscented deodorant+ antiperspirant. It works great!! Nothing has worked better :) The salt kills the bacteria in you armpits -the bacteria that causes that funky smell

maybe I got better service because I was nice I was on a flight from Amsterdam to Lima last year I was just hanging out/socializing with the flight atendants at the back of the plain in the drinks area talking about travel all of a suden I asked them if they happened to know if transfering at Lima was easy because I was going to Bolivia they told me not to worry, someone would approach me later about an hour befor landing they upgraded me from economy to business to help me get out of the plain faster Super chill, thanks KLM flight atendants on that day

Don't drink much to no alcohol while on cruise lol. Booze has a ton of sugar in it as we know most alcoholics have diabetes unfortunately.

😱 that can be so complicated. I recommend trying this out. This worked for us!! Soak for 1 hour with oxiclean odor blasters. (This one worked best for us). amzn.to/3xDo7xV -also make sure your washing machine actually rinses out your clothes -also with polyester try not to leave it smelly for days in the hamper hehe. -and then even if you do all this, sometimes the material is just not great 😖. We have some items that we can wear for an hour and then it smells right away. Ugh. It’s because some polyester just traps bacteria and odor more than others. I’ve switched over to a lot more natural fibers because I’m so self conscious of being smelly.

You have the best travel tips. Cotton works best……

Being prepared: I once missed a flight because I did not reach the gate 30 minutes before the scheduled takeoff time. Due to a newly implemented security rule, they were required to turn me away. Food: To be nice to your fellow passengers, do not bring smelly food. Those gummy Life Savers are delicious, but as soon as you tear open the package, the people around you will suffer.

I kinda disagree. Don't wear cotton underwear, go for wool. Wool will not only let your bits breathe, it's also naturally antibacterial and antimicrobial. So you're less likely to go through customs with a swamp butt. Just make sure it doesn't itch, before you wear it on a long flight.
