The microwave was placed below so children can heat up their food without having to wake up the adults ( this is the new way of placing instruments like a microwave that are eyesores ) The wine ref can be used to hold sodas so you don’t have to open the ref to get your drinks ( a lot of cold temp is lost by frequently opening the ref ) The corner pull out wire shelf is called lazy Susan so you don’t have to dig into the corner cabinet to get your stuff. The tempered door separating the dirty kitchen and “ show off kitchen “ is to keep the smell and noise coming from the dirty kitchen when there is a lot of cooking and activities especially during a big party. This is by far one of the best constructed modern minimalist kitchen that I have seen . The only thing missing is a garbage disposal system in the sink ( very important in the dirty kitchen) . For sure the owners will be installing pull out wire drawers under the sink and in some of the cabinets. The big kitchen island with seats is used daily for quick snacks or drinks thereby not messing up the formal eating space and when there are a few friends dropping by ,the host can keep on talking to her friends while making a simply snack for them. All of these features ( except the dirty kitchen which I don’t have ) I incorporated in my kitchen renovation here in California. I also added extra electrical outlets for my cellphone chargers to plug and kitchen gadgets like electric mixer. Congratulations to the owners! You have a very beautiful, minimalist but elegant kitchen . I wish you lots of healthy years to enjoy the fruits of your labor.

Hello mga kaviewers kamusta po kayo. Continue po natin ang vlog sa the white House and now focuse po tayo sa kitchen naman ng bahay na masasabi ko isa din sa pinaka gusto ko na part ng bahay. Regarding po sa price ng modular nagastos sa kitchen as per sa owner po. 200k pala yung contract ng Modular Kitchen. Slab ng quartz lang kasama tska yung mga cabinet at metal sa loob. Yung main kitchen lang yung contract. And hindi ko ma recommend yung gumawa kasi may issue sya. Muntik n ako magpa Tulfo. Lol Ganun pa man po Sana ay makakuha po kayo ng ideas sa vlog na ito maraming salamat sa panunuod Ingat po and God bless🙏
