No worries on breaking through on the rocker bosses. A little thread sealant on the bolts and you're good to go. FYI, I've got a set of snap gauges, calipers and plenty Dykem if you wanna borrow them. It's not like I'm way far away from ya.

lol, I swear I’ve never used anything on my cathedral ports that I’ve hogged out and punched through that area. Never been a problem not once. I appreciate the offer. If I ever get specific and super serious I absolutely will take you up on that. Think I’m gonna do a small 3rd part to this once the new carriage rolls show up. This 120 grit is just sucking ass.

@@ZONES89RS LOL Some people have all the luck. You've also gotta remember that the Ultra-black in the threads not only seals them up but also acts like a mild loc-tite and anti-sieze. All I ever use is 60 grit on aluminum except finishing the chambers. They get the red pad and WD-40 either cut into strips and run on a mandrel or cross-buffs if I have em on hand.

@@dougcrosby6994 I try not to mess with the chambers since I’m so picky about the finish. Easier to leave it alone since I’d spend way too much time in there. Lol

@@ZONES89RS Anything I do in the chamber is minimal. REAL easy to get in trouble there. I typically just drop a couple junk valves in to protect the seats and blend out the top cuts of the valvejob. Of course if you get a quality 5 angle done, they'll blend the top and bottom cuts for you as part of the job. Along with a little short-turn work as well. There's good reasons why a good 5 angle valve job is worth the money!!
