Without BJP/RSS we wouldn't have that temple there and they are a political party , so our inspirational figure ( ram ) has his temple on his birthplace because of politics . The only way to separate politics from religion is to create an atheist or close to atheist society , if any party can do that then it's good .

1) criticism of Ayushman is valid but criticism of Dhoni doesn’t make sense 2) Lose court case, blame court. Lose elections, blame EVMs. Just like we blamed Ricky Ponting’s spring loaded bat after 2003 cricket World Cup final 😂 3) Those saying end of democracy/secularism, aren’t they in a contempt of court if they’re against the temple? 😂. And if they say this because Modi was there then are they saying that Modi doesn’t have right to freedom of religion? 😂. If they’re saying this in the sense of separation of religion and state then there is no such thing in the constitution and the word secular was inserted by Indira Gandhi in 70s. But just slapping the label ‘secular’ doesn’t make it secular. Constitution is still not secular because it allows blasphemy law to exist, allows state to control temples and fund “minority” religious institutions, allows state to enact religious personal laws.

1) Criticism of Anyushman makes no sense since supporting BJP is not equal to supporting Hinduism. BJP is not synonmous of Hinduism. They are a political party As for the Dil Dil song thats from 2017 so irrelevant in the current context. 2) In a democracy every thing is liable for criticism. Just because majority thinks EVMs should be used for elections that does not make it infalliable. 3) Secularism has always been an integral part of the constituion albeit a positive secularism unlike France which has negative secularism. Anyone who has read the constitutional debates will say the same. Constituion makers had specifically said about secularism as an integral part of the constituion. Also Modi has every right to praticse his faith because constituion allows that but a PM cannot be seen doing that. MODI is hindu but the post of PM is not Hindu. PM is a constutional post. Since this was a political event and Modi attended it as a PM therefore people have the right to objection.

No this is entirely wrong. Entire donation that comes to the temple stays with the temple trust. Government has no stake in the donations and is not used anywhere. Trust has the sole responsiblity of using the donations. Most of these donations even costly gifts are kept in the bank lockers and accounts.

In fact, in 2013 the Supreme Court ruled that such donations as mentioned under Section 80G should not be eligible for income tax exemptions as these contributions are of a religious nature, which goes beyond the definition of ‘charity’.

A few of them are: Services of transportation of passengers for a pilgrimage Events, functions, celebrations Shows against admission fee or tickets Some activities which are exempt include: Conduct of religious ceremony Renting of precincts of a religious place meant for general public However, it must be noted that the 'renting' should not apply to 'renting of rooms where charges are Rs 1000 or more per day', 'renting of shops for business and other commercial activities' and even 'renting of halls, space for Rs 10,000 or more per day.' The website further adds that the exemption is for religious activities of all religions. Religious places are often managed by trusts, which also own other properties. Any income earned from renting out the property for functions or sale of products other uses will be taxable. So, exemptions and taxation is across religions and not just on temples. To get the exemptions, the trust needs to be registered under Section 12AA of Income-tax Act, 1961 and the "services provided by Trusts are falling within the meaning charitable activities." FINANCE MINISTRY HAD CLARIFIED THIS IN 2017 The Ministry of Finance had issued a clarification on the same matter in 2017.
