Idk why but this reminds me of this one time this happened to me when my talking stage found out I was starving myself and I had a mental breakdown at school and my ass apologized for crying in his arms and he said I don’t remember exactly but something like “don’t apologize it’s not ur fault” he never found out abt the the little cuts I did on my hands though 😓😓 (Don’t worry abt this tho yall I’m doing okay now)

Description is recommending me to get a therapist and call a su1c1de hotline but my parents say my depression and anxiety + panic attacks are nothing and I don’t need a therapist and that my problems are nothing while about the hotline.. well I don’t think there’s any in my country . I really wanna vent but I don’t think I should.

You should do what you think is right but please tell a trusted person if not your parents before it gets too serious I hope you get through this stage of life and I hope to see you happy again with the people you love

@@ZennaChan thank you . This means a lot to me. You’re a very nice person and I’m happy people like you still exist. I don’t really have a trusted person to talk to because I do have good friends but their mental health is at their worst and they tried committing multiple times. If I tell them they will be even more worried and stressed which I don’t want to do knowing their situation because I usually help them with it. I hope you’re having a great day and I hope you don’t have any stress on top of you
