Hair Replacement like this takes about two hours to apply the first time, but that’s after a consultation to order the correct color and size. Usually the hair can be received in a few days, but occasionally takes longer if a custom order is needed. Then a monthly service and hair cut is necessary to maintain the look. New hair is replaced every 3-6 months depending on the hair system chosen. Hair cost ranges from $800. to $1,500. Service ranges from $100. to $250.

Hi! When you fix the frontline ( Excess plastic in the front that must be removed ) do you cut into the hairline or just close to it? I think there will be reflections in the plastic if it remains, do you use a razor blade and cut away the front line or cut with scissors? Right now I don't think I can get it perfect. Thanks for the tip to cut small hairs in the front, it will be so good! Sincerely, Karin Monie / Sweden 🇸🇪🇸🇪

And $100-$250 a month for hair cut the existing hair on the sides and back ? So for example it could possibly cost in one year $3200-$6000 for buying the hair. And $1200-$3000 for maintaining haircuts and installing ?

Wrong! I’ve been doing this close to 30 years with great success. The adhesive does not come through those holes. That’s why you’re not the teacher.

  • @Mark-de4hj

Putting pins in it is not "just an opinion ". Those pin holes will allow glue to seep through and into the hair! Plus, it's best to cut it WHILE it's actually on the head. I have seen these hair systems and it states in the instructions never to put the glue directly onto the system. You obviously are doing things most other installers don't do. I would recommend less of this incessant chatter and more following recommendations!

Where are you located? Hair Replacement like this takes about two hours to apply the first time, but that’s after a consultation to order the correct color and size. Usually the hair can be received in a few days, but occasionally takes longer if a custom order is needed. Then a monthly service and hair cut is necessary to maintain the look. New hair is replaced every 3-6 months depending on the hair system chosen. Hair cost ranges from $800. to $1,500. Service ranges from $100. to $250.
