Yes! I grew up in a big family (7 kids) and wish I could have had a sound machine back in the day. All I did was play music to go to bed. If I didn't, I often get woken up by someone, lol 😂 I'm so glad to hear you found a fix. One thing I also found was that my dogs sleep so much better and never bark at night to random sounds.
My kids have slept with sound machines since they were babies and it really seems to help them. I'm sure in the long run I'm doing a disservice to them because I even find it hard to fall asleep without hearing that white noise.

Yeah I wonder that myself...like what is it doing to or brains lol but everything I read says its good for us. So 🤷♂️😁

I can't remember which color sound is which.
Do you have a list of the sounds. Don't know which sounds are which. Etc white, brown, pink??

I have heard this machine has green noise, but cannot figure out which one it is. Do you happen to know? That is supposed to be the best for deep REM sleep

So it is the one that sounds more like static then white noise. I'll check mine soon to see if I can find it. 😁
Hey I was wondering, how repetitive is the train sound to you? Whenever I listen to it I only hear the horn at the beginning and then just tracks for hours. Is this your case?

Honestly I've never listened to the train sound for very long. I sleep to the white noise...do you sleep to the train sound?
