I used to do yoga. Believe it or not but it kept me real flexible. I didn’t spend a lot of time before a game stretching and loosening muscles. I worked out hard in the off season and put on as much muscle as I can and got as strong as I could. Then the season is about maintaining. Yoga is the best for it.

Not quite sure. We call them sand balls or heavy balls. There are a few brands out there

They’re actually orange. Great bp balls if you only have a couple people or limited room. Hit them as hard as you want. They will only travel 15-30 feet max Total control ball 74 is the model They’re also yellow in color . Not cheap. 3 balls for about 75 bucks.
