Nice project, case looks great. These DVD players, used, are probably pretty common and cheap by now. Another victim of the cell phone. ;)

Pi Zero has a basic TV out analogue pins.

@@manuelgil5050 on the Pi 3 you can use composite video out but you will or may have to change the config file to change output from HDMI to composite.
