In this video, you will witness the people of Yasin Valley, District Ghizer celebrating Spring Festival (also called TukhamRezi in their native language), expressing their joy and welcoming the new spring season through dance and other traditional norms that they have been observing/ celebrating throughout centuries. TukhamRezi has its uniqueness and way of celebration, and the Raja family of Yasin, the valley has been celebrating it for Centuries. Events of the Tukham Rezi include Dance, Polo, Bone Fire, etc. and their celebrations go on for a minimum of 2 days. We the people of Ghizer are greatly thankful to the Raja family Yasin for continuing the annual practice of TukhamRezi. Yes, it takes weeks for the arrangements, and the way this event has been carried out is really appreciated.
