Good morning coach. I hope everything is ok with you and you are well. I would LOVE to see the part B of Chapter 15! As well as the rest of the chapters from 2024 ICD 10 CM Guidelines. Please update your followers when you are able. ❤

Where shall I start? Without your Guidelines Videos my books will be crashed into the nearest wall. Your knowledge and talents are God given, and I as so many others are so grateful for your leading the correct method to code. Had I known the path to successful coding certification as being as tough as it is.... mmhhh I don't know!!! Your help makes a tremendous difference. How many videos are there in total? I am watching all of them and I'm on part 17 and can't find the video. Where can I watch the rest of the videos? Also, is there an outline for student/coders? Thank you so much for your help! This has helped me tremendously!

Just for the record, I had no problems hearing this video. I watched it on my iPhone 15 and at half the volume level it was plenty loud. Maybe, some are having issues with their individual setup? Like volume settings on a computer or on the particular headphones they are being used? Or even that a specific component is malfunctioning?

Hi Coach, i met an example somewhere from the website and i got confused somehow as how to code because both alcohol use and abuse were documented. So my confusion is that when i look for alcohol abuse under pregnancy it's not there and and in the previous chapters we learned that when both alcohol use and abuse are documented,we have to code for alcohol abuse only...please help me with this one "Patient reports to the emergency room in labor. She is 30 weeks pregnant and admits to drinking daily during this pregnancy. She is admitted for administration of terbutaline. Physician documents early labor due to alcohol abuse"
