Oh my gosh! Your brother did really good on that house by buying it for $100,000.00 USD. The house is very big as is the land is huge and a wonderful place to grow food and flowers. If an American can have that kind of land and huge house to fix up, they’d feel rich. I know I would 😊. You did an amazing job in your yard and the parts of the house you’ve worked on. A pool is a great idea. Plus have seating and umbrellas or a big gazebo/ outside house to sit and relax at the end of the day.
