On Tuesday, November 16, 2010 the The Program in Women's Studies at Duke University and the program in the study of sexualities hosted a panel discussion with the working title: "Sex in the Age of Digital Reproduction: gender, sexuality, and public sex" in response to the combination of cyber issues related to both the Karen Owen "senior thesis" and the very sad suicides of young gay people who have suffered cyber-bullying.
