so sad that in season 3, we didn't get to see that much of sese duo. probably bcs of the fans :(

Season 2 was honestly the best. I love Kwang Soo but he kind of didn’t fit with the cast (yes, even with Season 3). Season 2 was perfect. Story wise and interaction wise.

i kinda disagree with your statement. Kwang soo fits with everyone in the cast it just that the storyline in season 3 is the weakest among all the seasons. but yeah I agree season 2 is the best.

Serinuma Mutsumi it’s ok to disagree. :) But personally given the theme of the show where there’s already great betrayals in the storyline, I think Kwang Soo’s character in Running Man doesn’t work quite well. Don’t get me wrong. I really like Kwang Soo’s character in Running Man. I expect it of him and that’s what gives me joy to see the members be together but be so competitive and individualistic when it comes to games. For Busted, it’s nicer when the team is just working together against an enemy bigger than they are. It’s just that I think the cast really gelled together by Season 2 and by Season 3 he was a bit out of place. I really like the fact in Season 2 that even with Seunggi being the flower killer at the end they all worked together and didn’t claim credit where credit is undue. I think that’s the part that I had trouble with Kwang Soo’s character here. I mean it’s ok and I’m actually happy Kwang Soo’s back but him not continously present in the storyline and then season 3 being weaker overall kind of really made it difficult to immerse in the story.

@@serinumamutsumi1707 I felt like season three was missing something (and no for once I’m not talking about the sese duo ;)). Season three was somehow less comedic and more serious than we were used to, I think. Also I kinda missed detective Ahn (yes yes despite his scandal and all). In season two he and sese duo were like a father babysitting his two children. 😂

@@lilmess5234 Exactly. Detective Ahn balanced it out. In stories, I really love the older more serious characters who is wise but also messes up when it comes to technology and the like. Kinda like a father figure just watching over them. I really love Kwang soo but I feel like his character or at least his place as the man in his prime within the cast has been taken over by Lee Seung Gi who did brilliantly in Season 2. In any case, it would have been really good if Detective Ahn was there. This is Netflix for Pete's sake. I'm so tired of Korean industry's toxicity sometimes. Kwang Soo did really well but I guess us not having him in Season 2 was really hard to follow in terms of character development. So in a way he was kinda new again. And it showed in how he conducted himself as a credit grabber. In Season 2, no one did that. I think if he got used to how season 2 developed and gained experience from there on how to solve the problems, he wouldn't be so astonished every time he does. I don't know. I think the fact that it's only 8 episodes, then I feel like the season just being a way to complete a third made everything feel rushed. It would have been good to bite the head of the snake meaning to solve the issues from Season 1. It's what makes a great story. But unfortunately, the connections was shoved in and there wasn't a pay off. Busted is still great. It just could have been better.
