I love this figure. One of the best of 2023/24. I think this is the first F18 pilot in 1/6 since BBI way back. Maybe Hot Toys did one pre-2010?

Correct on both counts. This is a definite buy for my 2024 list.

The struggle is real assembling this stuff lol would love to have this in my display. I sure hope they make goose or iceman

I hope they do those as well. I bet we’ll see a few more top gun releases.

Be interesting to see you take the head out of that helemt without pliers which would damage it though.

Head has some squish to it.

I was wondering once these pieces are built and put into display or into storage for rotation into display, do you dispose of the boxes just cause I have kept mine as they are on display but I am starting to run out of space in my attic.

I had to start a business and get a warehouse because of my collection🤪. I used to display everything. I’m at the point where I’m only buying things that really really really interest me. I used to buy everything just because, but it’s too much. Starting to purge and only keep my favorites. More high end custom stuff instead of cannon fodder. And yes I used to rotate to display also once it became evident I couldn’t display everything . now it’s time to slim down and I’ll be selling a bunch of these at some point.

@@kingdingaling552 I kitbash most figures so most boxes go. I only keep ones now where I don’t change anything from the figure. Rare Or if the box is a piece of cool art. 🎉. If it’s not going back in the box why keep the box. 📦 ❤. That’s a hard pill to swallow😂❤

i love the figure. but its the most annoying to assemble
