I have developed a pretty big leak from my steam wand and i figure i should replace all o-rings while i have the machine already torn down. Thanks again for the help!

Milen, Your videos have been very helpful in maintaining my Rialto EAM 4500. I do have a new problem that I cannot find any information; When I push for hot water, I get a little steam and the pump runs for a second or two then the pump stops. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance. FYI I did replace the hot water solenoid which did not help the problem at all.

Hello, there is probably some blockage or a problem with the solenoid. When the water cannot flow freely the pressure rises and the pump muffle.

Milen, I replaced the orings in my boiler. When I re-installed I make coffee but the coffee runs into the tray rather than through the diffuser. The warm up and ending rinse also go directly into the tray. I tried another diffuser but did not help. any suggestions?

I figured out my problem. I had to put a slightly smaller oring/gasket on the diffuser so it would move more freely.

Once I broke the first bolt, I decided not to open the boiler. Hope it does not leak

​@@koutuang9959 Yup , go ahead, but don't forget to let it dry... In general water and electronics is a bad combination, but in this case you have only heater terminals and wires, so it will be fine if you dry it, but rememver to wear some gloves, because this shit reacts with skin...

NOT EVEN WORTH REMANUFACTURING/refurbishing THIS PIECE! Just spend 50-80 dollars on ebay for a new one, and replace. Seriously. this is not worth it when yours was as corrodded and leaky as mine was. I put a new generator in there, and it works like brand new again.

It's worth for me. For you it's 80bucks for me it's 480PLN=125,15USD. It's almost the same price for whole express. Seals I have for a couple PLN(from my firend), so it's worth for me compred to new unit or express.
