Part 1 Brand new Corvette Z51 3LT review Pros and cons tips, tricks things you didn't know

Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары

#Corvette This is my review of things I do like and don't like about my Chevrolet Chevy Corvette Z51 C7. Here's things you want to know about it.
I will show you how I installed the rear diffuser, side skirts, and front splitter. Let's get this channel over 1000 subscribers so be sure to share this video.
0-60 3.7 seconds, 455 Horsepower (460 in track mode), Engine Type: Gas V8, Fuel System: Direct Injection, Brake Type: Pwr Displacement: 6.2L/376, curb weight 3298, 17/29 MPG ,
The seventh-generation Vette's styling has gone in a new direction while taking advantage of familiar themes, both inside and out. Sharp lines, crisp angles, and vents aplenty give a definite supercar air to the design that matches the car’s performance. It’s wide, low, and looks fast even when standing still. Inside, the Stingray’s design is much improved over the previous generation of the Corvette, with a refreshing and surprisingly luxurious look. The Z06 adds to the Stingray's exterior and interior design with wider fenders, an array of aerodynamic add-ons, and a performance-themed cabin treatment.
Under the hood of the Chevy Corvette Stingray is the latest performance small-block, a 6.2-liter LT1 V-8 generating 455 horsepower and 460 pound-feet of torque. The Z06 ups the ante with a supercharged LT4 V-8 displacing 6.2 liters and related to the LT1 that's rated at 650 hp and 650 lb-ft of torque. A 7-speed manual is standard with both engines, offering an automatic rev-matching downshift function
The Stingray's 455-hp V-8 offers plenty of push to accelerate the car, hitting 60 mph in just 3.8 seconds with the manual-or 3.7 seconds with the 8-speed automatic. Quarter-mile times are a mere 11.9 seconds with the automatic or 12.0 with the 7-speed manual. Whether tackling the straights or the curves, the Stingray offers ample performance, with surprising grip, nimble reflexes, and a great deal of communication through the seat, pedals, and steering wheel, all of which inspires driver confidence. A Z51 package is available to further enhance the Stingray’s performance, with modified aero, lighter wheels, and bigger brakes among its features. In Z06 trim, the manual car can click off 3.2-second 0-60 mph runs, while the automatic is even quicker, clocking in at an astounding 2.95 seconds.

I love how this guy delivers the info, I feel like I'm sitting back in my recliner late night with some good liqueur listening to some good vibe music checking out his bad ass ride (Which I will be buying a C7 within a month) with that "Shmooth" voice. I keep thinking that he's going to sell me something that I'm going to have to buy! Keep it up buddy, I'll be watching more. Update;... 7 months ago I bought this same car in Sterling Blue Metallic because of your video.... thanks buddy!

It’s a very common issue. Garaging of course will help but I have to keep mine covered outside. It was already like that when I bought it. There’s plenty of videos and forum talk about it. Couldn’t say if it’s just the first year but I read even the C6 with leather had similar shrinking issues. I can’t remember if it said not to use leather conditioner on C7 dash but I would imagine garaging it, using a sun visor when left outside, and not letting it get too hot all the time should mitigate the issue. Hopefully you don’t experience it. Best wishes, enjoy the ride.

Great video, very informative! I will be ordering a C7 Sting Ray 2LT Coupe tomorrow morning as soon as the dealership opens before its to late. I think the C8's are looking too European and are loosing that iconic American sleek but muscular look. I agree with you that no dealer will be selling C8's next year for under $75K. Why should they? I'm still concerned a little bit about depreciation once the C8's become available, but we can still enjoy our C7's and wait and see. Thank you.

They may depreciate if the new one takes off and maybe is priced low. I think its gonna be overpriced and the renderings so far dont scream I gotta have it I know its gonna probably be a performance beast though. If you do plan to trade maybe consider a lease? I like it too much to trade it.
