Thank you for this illustrative video. I have seen these patterns done before by other artists and remember doing them in art class in school. Now you have shown me a very valuable reason to practice with them, for myself and more mindfulness. 🙏🏼

Thank you! I know there are basically hundreds of patterns, it’s overwhelming! Will you be doing more pattern tutorials? I really need to start with this practice to try to calm my anxious mind! Anxiety and panic disorders suck. I‘m really happy that you‘ve created this space and I‘m excited to be a part of this community, thanks again!

Hi lovely! Thanks for your message 💕 I am planning to do more mindfulness practices and pattern tutorials in the near future. And I totally get it, mental health disorders are challenging and can be very disruptive to our lives. I truly believe that connecting to our creativity and applying art practices can improve the way we handle our thoughts and hence improve our wellbeing. Sending you a hug!
