Give the fish tetracycline wash. Search it on youtube and you'll get the idea.

I have tried black sand and my rainbow shark, corydoras and mollies started dying. The vendor said it was some kind of black tiles powder. But then i switched to white marble sand and my fishes are not facing any problems. Can u suggest some good quality black substrate? Have u tried reeflowers iceland black sand?

@@pranjalpathak2284 The substrates contain tiny particles of glass Dust which chokes gills of fishes. So, after u bring them soak them in water completely for 2 days atleast. Then put it in your aquarium.

RIJU PAUL Depends where you buy the stuff. If you want stuff cheap, buy it second hand. I got an entire corner tank ,200 litres, with plants, sand, wood decor, tools, filter and some food for £25 once. Some people have really cheap tanks for sale.
