Hello, Thanks for making this Anafi series. How do you eliminate the image shimmering that anafi usually produces? Many of my videos are unusable, due to the smeared/shivering image that anafi produces, especially around trees. thanks!

I did not come across any image problem and I did not do anything special. Can you share the problematic video you mentioned?

Very cutting edge stuff my friend. Great video resolution - man, you could use this in a feature films and get your monies worth.

Hey man I would like to ask a question, what was the video quality of the drone when you filmed? And at the end of the editing, what is the quality of the video rendering?

I filmed in 4k (3840 x 2160) format and the output is the same

Is the FPV version smaller than the usual one ?

Yes the FPV version is a little shorter.

Hey Ray, Anafis usually fall in the water, fly over any specular surface is prohibited, is written in the manual with a little size font. My Anafi fall in the water with guarantee but the company reject my reclaim because of this

I am sorry to hear your experience. When taking off or hovering the water surface may confuse the sensors at the bottom of the drone to maintain the altitude. But when it is set in motion I don't think flying over water has a problem, as you can see from my video.

The mine was in motion and previously several times the Anafi was flying over water, I can’t understand I’ve recovered the drone from the bottom of the lake, but Parrot said that there’s no way, this drone can’t fly over water, I argument that Parrot have promotional videos over the water, but nothing, they answer me that this info is in the manual and is true. :( Thanks for your answer, I have all the emails,from Parrot :(

That sucks! It was an excuse. Have you recorded the whole flight? I do that every single flight. The screen recording video helped me to claim replacement successfully as I can show it was a malfunction of the product. At the end, the support staff has a company procedure to follow. Having some hard evidence is making everyone's life easier.

Yes, I also recover the video in the SD card. :(. I’ll sent all the videos, the location and the fly log, they told me that flying over specular surface can results in unexpected behavior. After several and several emails they closed my case.

Parrot first answer: If the drone is flown over water, the ultrasonic sensor gets malfunctioned and the drone acts on its own. Due to the operating mode of its vertical camera and ultrasound sensor, Parrot recommends you do NOT fly ANAFI over water and other reflective surfaces (mirrors, glass, and so on). This stated in Anafi user guide page 25 (download the user guide here: www.parrot.com/us/support/products/anafi) In Parrot's Terms and conditions of sales, it's stated "The commercial guarantee is excluded for damage consequent on improper use or poor handling, incorrect use, a modification or deterioration of the Product caused by a fall or accidental impact, a landing in an unsuitable place, defective installation, a Product modification without the prior consent of Parrot Drones, humidity, inadequate temperature, exposure to a source of heat, excessive pressure, strong wind, rain or atmosphere humidity, sudden changes in altitude, oxidation, the ingress of liquid, dust, sand, breakage, a fall, or the use of inappropriate electrical current, loss of connection with the Product" The advertisement made by professional pilots in specific conditions and doesn't apply to consumer levels.

I personally dont see the point in flying in FPV mode with the Anafi... there are too many control limitations to make it look interesting and edgy. that said, it is a fun experience and I do enjoy messing around with FPV.

Agreed that Anafi is not a real FPV drone and it doesn't do those moves. It can only imitate to a certain extend. It is fun to get a taste of that with a drone I already have.
