What about offence against man? Kya har baar Male hi guilty hota hai? Even a male can be subjected to mental, emotional and physical cruelty. On many occations false case has been instituted against innocent male, which creates a negative image of him in the society. Why Govt. did not consider it?

There is a relation of trust between a doctor and an patient ,if such trust is broken by a doctor so it attracts a criminal liability, so as far as the new law is concerned giving the supermacy to the doctor over all negligence act caused by him during treatment to the patient is not questionable, so why the act of a driver does not comeunder such a category because like a doctor it was a responsbility of a driver to drive safely and without any negligence , because there is a trust between the bus driver and passengers exist, if he violates the trust aforesaid so he attracts sancitity , ..........

Please kindly correct the facts concerning section 498 A. 498 A is section for punishment in cases of cruelty against married woman. Section 497 deals with Adultery which is now decriminalised. I guess you made a slip of tongue.

No 3 years is limitation period that mean any default or any offence/ civil offence that has happened and from 3 year of that offence has happened one can file case

They can give 90 days for the actual owner to turn up and link his / her adhar or else they can sell the properties to the muncipal corporation at the circle rate and deposit the money with the court.The muncipal corporation can build flats or commercial complexes or flats for armed forces and police.Thus the black money hoarders will be brutally targetted.Please pass this suggestion to the govt.

Mam with respect fully I want to anwer my one question,s only,..........that does giving the full power to doctors is good in India,s social and economic prospective, as you are saying that if a doctor causing the death of a person with negligently , so he shall not be liable under criminal liability , it's ok but when he with full intentionally refuses a poor person for treatment due to non payment of fees, or when he refuses to give back the body of the deceased in case of unpayment of fees of hospital so why the doctor is not punishable. Or comes under any liability. ..........lastly mam our constitution gives us art.21 which gurantees right to life shall not be deprived without a procedure established by law does as per new law causing the death of a individual with negligently is a procedure for established by law under the constitution ......please explain
