Moose's dad was a great guy but - like all of us really - not without his faults!

Ha the irony that Winston and his band didn't have their bass player as an official contracted member for TEN YEARS, purely so they could pay him less. Then they filmed a 'we're all going to therapy' sympathy video not long after. What a joker, can't believe I actually paid money to watch his band. Now look at him talking about 'art and artists' wearing pink glasses trashing Pantera, one of the bands that influenced all metalcore bands like Parkway in their early days. Go back to Byron mate.

You're so off on this it's not even funny. Jia was paid less because he did less, as far as what he did in the band he was just acting as a contracted musician. No writing, no additional responsibilities, just show up and play and learn what to play. Yeah It's fucked to do that to him for as long as they did, but it's not like he unfairly did more for the band than intended. Less work is less pay anywhere. They agreed to an extra responsibility for him as Director in operations, which is more work, and now he is equal earnings from what the band makes. Jia put up with a lot, but this band has always been violently self destructive with the amount of work they put in to succeed. They are in a spot now where they can financially afford to revisit these things in a healthy manner which literally no company, big or small, ever does.
