4:34 I think it is admirable that you communicate how you decide to give up on a challenge when you cannot determine how safe it is. It helps demystify the mindset of parkourists to the laymen (like me) and lets us know you are all not completely insane and reckless. There is a process.

​@@T10_E Well... Sacha did get a massive injury that put him out of commission for about 2 years to my knowledge so I wouldn't say none of them have had major injuries.

@@mikehamilton367 He was skinny in the RCA days, then he was a little tubby for a year or two while he recovered from surgery. But I think he started lifting as part of the rehabilitation process, and he's maintained that focus in the gym. I don't think the rest of the boys are really gym rats, but Callum keeps his hand in. He's bulked up quite a lot in the last 3 or 4 years. I think Josh and Toby hit the climbing gym, but it's more flexibility and conditioning for everyone else, rather than gym time.

Found this channel a couple of weeks ago. It has been inspiring me to get back into fitness and parkour so much. Been like a decade and the muscle memory is still there. Just have to get my body back in gear.

Loving all of your content guys. First one I saw was 7 way escape room race. TBH, not knowing anything about the site or parkour I wasn't sure what to make of it at first (lol). Favs (so far) are "race the tube" and the paris rooftop POV (I have watched that one many times now) - really good to see Sach in full flow there!

I had a wretched root canal done today, but I legit laughed with glee when I remembered that I had a fresh Storror vid to look forward to after😄

I've got a spot for you guys. France, Avignon, Main bus station. "gare routiere" .Just next to the city train station. You have bus at the bottom, in the building, and a weird parking at the top. if you dont go during Summer it will be mostly Empty. and i'm pretty sure you will find other nice spot if you walk in and around the city.

Im sure this has been suggested, but in case it hasn't, the "waxy bricks" look more like brick slips to me. Its like sections of cladding rather than proper bricks. They look very uniform and the mortar will be a bit too perfect.
