Ok so here’s the thing casuals need to be able to get to 99 now if all you do is play my career then hey who cares, but once you come out to park and you get chewed up you losing overall and It balances out. In park rep rewards are what unlock stuff so tripping about overalls is mute at this point. Ppl really aren’t getting that the game changed🤷🏾‍♂️

@@zaywoppo9427 not really. before you hit 95 you can't lose overall, but when you hit 95 if you keep losing you stay at 95, if you play very good and keep winning you can then hit 99, you can't go any lower than 95 when losing overall. So it's not bad at all

@@Popopohuyy This sounds like nothing new. Sounds like rep system in 2k16. Whatever teammate grade you had in a game your rep would either go up or down. So from 95 to 99 it will act as a rep system.

@@DecorDecorLLC no, to hit 99 you have to do really good and win games in the park or my career. To hit 95 you could have a 0 win percentage and score 2 points a game and still hit 95. But to go higher you have to actually do good

Once you reach 95-99 your overall can decrease when you lose but it wont drop below a 95

they made the 99 easy and short then put the grind in the badges , i imagine the more badges you get the harder it becomes to unlock another (i think) you can buy 85 with vc and still have zero badges , look at that badge upgrade progress and the guy is 95.8 , it will be more challenging but more fun at least than the previous grind keep grinding rease

The “playing well” thing is most likely a throwback to how 2k17 worked. Because you could get to 95 regularly, but weren’t allowed to get attributes for 96 until you reached Superstar 2 I think. And since the rep system is similar to 2k19 in 2k20(from what we’ve seen), you have to play well to rep up. That’s my guess. Let me know what you think!💪

The game recap thing is like 2k17 where u had to play and do training to get attributes upgrades to upgrade your build

I'm assuming u will max out in my career at 95.9

to me it looks like if you win or have an A teammate grade you get a .1 progression, same as if you have lower than maybe a c- or lose you will lose .1. As long as you either play consistent or have better than a .500 record you will move up to 99 in no time and really dont have to worry about ever losing your 99 cause you would have to lose 10 straight games for it to happen

Myplayer is about mycareer game mode against the ai. Park play is just sprinkles. The mycareer has a lot of depth for some players who don’t play park

Basically your shit will fluctuate like how well you play in the game affects your overall between 95 and 99 Like play well, have a high teammate grades and win all your games and you'll be a 99 But if you play poorly you'll be stuck at 95 the whole time It works like roster updates, when they adjust overalls based on season performance

2k will not be releasing videos about park because they still finalising ng new pie charts 😂

So if you lose a lot do you lose your overall? (99,98,97,96,95). Hearing all about winning, but not so much about potential consequences for losing too much.

If you lose alot you cant go down any lower than 95.

W’s and good stats will make your character lvl up after 95. L’s and bad stats will drop your overalll

Yes 95-99 is earned by your skill level....they said park is the way to go if you wanna rank up your player you earn more rep in park than my career...and it depends on teammate grade and winning a lot...that's what they mean by if you play well enough...so you grind to 95 then you have to win consistently to earn 99 if you end up losing a lot you can go down in overall

Bro its based on how good you play something back like 2k 15 and 16 where you get points for a good performance but instead 2k20 its based on upgrades and attribute point so basically if you trash and loose constantly you won’t hit that 99 if your a winner and do great you’ll hit it its based on performance

Man My Career SUCKKKSSSS.. the computer AI is a lot harder this year from what I saw in the demo. Nevertheless if you can cheese the same moves and get open and make shots like all the other 2k’s you can win games EASILY. In my honest opinion I don’t see how or why they wouldn’t put a cap breaker in the game otherwise it’s going to be a lot of 99’s walking around. After so many games played in My Career it’s literally torture even if you are really good. Unless you squad up every time you go to the park it’s HARD to win consistently. But I like playing random TBH. I just want to play the game and play against good competition that overall or ranking means nothing because at some point everybody has been dropped off by everybody no matter the ranking. Elite 3’s lose to Amateur 1’s too.

Once you reach 95 it wont go any lower than that but if you're higher than that you'll go down until you reach 95 again

Why in the championship parade they can make the crowd look real but make the crowd look stiff and fake in games
