Celebrities reads the questionnaire ahead of time before they were presented in the public interviews, they memorize answers as they read the scripted answers, much as so with politicians. It’s commonly done to prevent them from bloopers, controversies and mistake. As you can see there’s only one person asking the questions, if these had been done by different media sources and journalists, celebrities aren’t equips to handle heated and controversial questions without reading them at first at hand. Most of them use teleprompter not visible to anybody’s eye.

I don't think we can force other celebrities who have only grew up learning their mother tongue language to learn other languages such as English. It doesn't that if you are not fluent in English, you can't be a "true celebrity" anymore. Success isn't measured by one's capability to speak English, it's more of how their craft reaches and touches their audience 😅
