No. This song was written and composed by Bro. Kiran Pradhaan from Nepal. Bro. Baktavalsalam translated it into Malayalam for Heart Beats in the late 1970s.

Iype O What Manoj said is correct. Late Brother Kiran Kumar is the original lyricist and composer of this song. This song was written in Nepali language. Bhakthan has written only the Malayalam lyrics.

In addition to this, the Nepali Chior sung this and instantly Mr. Simon Augustine Sandhy notated it and Bro. Bhakthavalsalan wrote Malayalam lyrics for this. I heard this from Mr. Simon himself. Don't remember when was this but he mentioned it was a day before or after the marriage of Bro.Bhakthavalsalan.
