Since I found your channel, I wake up earlier than I used to (around 5am Florida USA time). I love watching your videos when it’s quiet so I can totally emerge and enjoy your cooking delicious meals, going with you on your trips to the flea market etc. You’re an amazing woman Mamiko-san. I love watching you carry on a conversation with people in France with your impeccable French. I told my husband jokingly that when I grow up I want to be like Mamiko-san. Btw, I’m turning 70 years old in few months. Lol!!

I am French living in the UK and I adore Japanese food. I cooked fresh ramen a few weeks ago together with chasu pork and ramen eggs, yum! Defo gonna try the salad. I have made that soup from Marion's Kitchen YT videos with chicken stock but will try it your way with miso! You came into my feed this evening and I am thoroughly enjoying your stories xx

こんばんは〜、にゃんと素敵なコメントをありがとうございます！！ ニューヨーク在住でいらっしゃるんですね……ボストンに２年弱住んでいたので、昔はよくニューヨークに遊びに行っていました！ 長ネギってなかったでしたっけ、、、でも確かにわざわざ友達の車でアジアンスーパーに買い出しに行かないとなかなか食材が調達できなかったことを思い出しました。 でもお料理は、なんとなくテキトーでも大丈夫だと思います！ おいしければいいですし、なんならそう言った代用でオッと思うレシピが生まれたりしますから♪ また観ていただけたら嬉しいです！どうぞ良い週末を〜！
