Paris Travel Guide - Best Things to do in Paris

Paris, the City of Love is not only perfect for couples. Paris France is one of the food capitals of the world filled with cheese, wine, croissants and baguettes. With some of the most famous monuments and museums like the Louvre, Versailles, and the iconic Eiffel Tower. The best things to do in Paris is to walk around the magical winding streets and eat your heart out. Ian and Ana... I just came across your channel a few days ago.... although I'm 35 years older than you two... I have to say your photogenic smiles and eternal optimism makes watching your travel videos a very satisfying experience. I too traveled mostly when I was young (visited Europe 15 times in my 20s/30s)... and one can't help but feel the experience of living vicariously thru you too... Stay positive!! :-D ~ Gary Istok

LOL at you saying you didn't want to go up there at first but then you're super happy and jumpy at night when it's sparkling lol love it! I also hear all the time that people in Paris are rude and standoffish but I really don't get that vibe from a lot of travel videos I see. Great video!

Parisian's are not rude or arrogant or anything of such. They're for the most part, the total opposite. I'm always bemused by this & honestly, I don't know why so many people say this. As a regular Australian/Scandinavian traveller to Paris, I've come to the personal conclusion, that I think many, are simply envious of Paris & in all honesty, there's a lot to be envious of! haha There are other European cities which are genuinely dirty (I've heard quite a few people say, that London is quite dirty & litter laden near the streets, especially near the tourist hot spots) & in some cities, the people can be less friendly/welcoming & be very rude & hostile toward foreign tourists, but it's definitely not the Parisian people. No @ all! I would even go as far as saying, it's so obvious why people put Paris down. It's so "predictable" & when it happens, it's like, "Oh here we go again with the (sometimes intentional) put downs"! lol Also, the biggest joke is that Paris is dirty. Oh no, au contraire!! It's very clean, very well taken care of & very well organised. It's very beautiful, it's one of my very favourite cities & I fly there regularly it's that wonderful all around. I always say to people, don't talk down others, when you haven't even ventured into their personal territory & if/when you do, be polite toward those you are visiting & always keep an open mind, being sure to remember that you're in "their" country, their "city" their "territory" & you'll enjoy the experience so much more. Paris receives the most annual tourists in Europe (for good reason), so we must also consider this fact too! Parisian's don't have much time for small talk unfort. They're very busy working & they're doing their very best to keep their tourists happy (which they do very well!) Some tourists are rude, not Parisian's & they head there with awful & negative pre-conceived ideas. They can be very demanding & hostile, so Parisian's see this, they hear what others say about them & they live it ongoingly because of the "sometimes" rude tourists. As the saying goes....When in Rome, do as the Romans do. This rule of thumb applies to any place you visit & including Paris!

The capital of France, Paris, is a significant European metropolis and a hub for culture, gastronomy, fashion, and art. Wide boulevards and the Seine River intersect the city's 19th-century urban landscape. The city is renowned for its cafe culture and designer boutiques along the Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré, in addition to such icons as the Eiffel Tower and the Gothic Notre-Dame church, built in the 12th century.

Montreal is 400 years old full of history, architecture , beautiful people and cheaper than europe . Montreal is a mix between Paris, London and New York ... À bientot !!!

Mind you, many attractions in Paris, of which Eiffel Tower is one, are stolen from somewhere. The iron in which the tower is made was dug by men in Algeria and Mauritania and who lived only up to their mid 40s because of illnesses such as lung cancer ... When you kiss your lover or propose in front of the tower, remember that somebody died to make that moment possible.
