    how do you make it so they don't slouch over while baking?

  • @eversonarts8261

    @eversonarts8261

    Жыл бұрын

    If you make them small enough they don’t really tip. It also depends on the clay. If it’s super soft clay, It might slouch. If your worried you could always use an armature!

    Are all the eye beads you use glass?

  • @eversonarts8261

    @eversonarts8261

    3 жыл бұрын

    My eyes beads are all simple plastic beads from my local Walmart. If you buy a bead make sure you test it in the oven first before baking. Some of the cheaper ones may melt!

    I assumed you were using glass, because I thought plastic would melt. Nice to know you can still use plastic. I have had even some of the cheaper acrylic paints remain sticky on polymer clay too. You are fantastic. I think I found you through Pinterest.

    No they do not! Most plastic beads melt at a higher temp than clay so it works! If you are unsure of the beads you can always test them in the oven before applying to clay.
