She is literally the sweetest most misunderstood person in the biz. I remember when it was popular to hate her and trash her and really, bully her. Online and in the comments. Before there was much regulation or guidelines, let alone restrictions or “flagging” comments. Anything goes. Those days…. The comment boards would be so mean. Absolutely terrible! As if she wasn’t reading any of them and everyone acted like celebrities weren’t YouTubing or googling themselves. lol Paris reads her tweets and often replies to people. She’s always been heavily engaged with her fans. She was definitely reading these comments back in the day. But regardless of that… that’s beside the point. People dissed her so much! It was so toxic. It’s definitely not a thing of the past cuz it still happens and always will. That’s part of free speech. But it’s definitely chilled out a lot. She’s also matured a lot and showed so much more depth since those earlier years. She isn’t The Simple Life persona. She’s learned to differentiate from that character and be herself. A lot of people respect that and have shifted in their opinions about her. Which is awesome cuz I could see the shy-sweet girl even in those days. Anyone with social anxiety can recognize those signs and symptoms. Anyway.. great interview!!

Paris has completely taken control over the narrative the media used to own over her and shifted to put her celebrity status to amazing use for so many kids who are being abused. And Paris always says she loves and supports Britney in all interviews as everyone is asking her about Britney; queen supporting queens. I also felt like Paris may have been trying to reach Kelly with the simple comment, "you know how it is" because Kelly was only 19 when she won Idol and got thrust into the spotlight. And Kelly went through MAJOR shit from her labels, producers, and others trying to exploit her by always bullying Kelly for her weight. The media has always treated talent especially young women with such double standards and mean tactics trying to break them down. It may not have been the same way Paris or Britney were, but Paris is giving a nod to what Kelly had to go through and that Paris knows Kelly also didnt have it easy. Very classy. I am loving Paris living her life, married with kids, and healing from past trauma through advocacy work; kudos Paris we support your efforts!!

Paris Hilton was discussing her work to make new federal legislation and she said “It’s bipartisan” which means both political parties agreed on the legislation. Kelly Clarkson said “That never happens” because she was stating that our political parties never agree with each other on issues, so she was praising Paris Hilton for getting them to agree. :)

Because there is still an ongoing court case (and possibly more than we already know about). So, Britney is wise to stay silent on that part of her conservatorship ..for now anyways. We already know another book is in the works. The Woman in Me is predominantly about her life 20 and 30 years ago; the conservatorship is only a small part of the book. My belief is that Britney's second memoir will go into much more detail about the conservatorship and that she is working on it now, so that it's ready to go to print as soon as she gets the green light from her attorneys.
