I love Paris but that’s the difference between maintaining a phony public life and showcasing a real honest life. Not that either is better but it’s obvious Paris’s side wants things to appear as a fairytale. It’s why Paris never mentions that her husband abandoned his 10 year old daughter and she doesn’t want people to know he hasn’t seen her since the day she was born according to his baby mama.

I mean, imagine building a business bringing in a family member and them taking a huge chunk of business and employees, most of the time there is a non compete clause you sign going in. It could have been handled a bit better. Sure , employees and clients can make up their own minds about where they want to go, if left and started from scratch with clients and employees it probably wouldn’t have been such a thing. Also I don’t think he gave any notice

I am really sick of seeing comment stating Mauricio stole Hilton and Hyland’s clients. As someone in real estate, you can’t steal clients. This is a narrative that just isn’t true. The agents are the ones who have relationships with the clients. They take the clients on property tours. They deal with them on a day to day. If an agent leave a company, 9 out of 10 times, the clients chooses to continue working with that agent, because they are the ones they were dealing with all along. At the end of the day, a client choosing to continue working with u means nothing until they actually buy or sell a home. So Mauricio could have left at any point, but it doesn’t automatically mean the clients who maintain relationships with him will buy a house that same month or even year. So this idea that he somehow took clients and started his company is insane. A company doesn’t make money until someone buys a house. This idea that he stole (say 20 clients), and all 20 bought homes that same month for him to start the Agency is a fairytale. lol. It don’t work like that.

exactly, i don't even work in real estate and i knew that. it's common sense. i like Paris but what she said was disgusting and untrue. I don't even like Mau but this is the first time he publicly told his side of the story. he never mentions the Hiltons. It's actually the other way round. that's why most people think Mau stole Rick's clients and left his company and are taking his side. even her saying her father is a consumate gentleman when we know he and Kathy stood there while strangers were kidnapping their daughter in the middle of the night is wrong. Her parents don't even acknowledge her feelings about the fact and they never even apologized, so nobody is a saint here. the worst thing is that she is hurting her cousins with what she says about their dad and they are supposed to be very close.

I also heard HH was worried about him taking agents with him when he started his own business. Not so much clients. M had a group of agents who worked under him. It was discussed somewhere I can’t remember. So maybe some went with him??

If you think about it they were working with Mauricio all the time, they were in his team, I would go with him too. I think Rick and Kathy's issue is that they never want anyone close to them especially family being richer and more successful than them. Mauricio is one of the best in real estate in LA now and Rick's name is rarely being mentioned in that capacity. That's what they can't forgive or forget.

Lame show? I don’t think anything could be worse than “Paris in Love”. Mauricio has a right to share his story, even if it includes a known family.

I also watch the daily entertainment news about HIlton sisters, beating up the competition, for guys, they inerest in. A lot of news out there, make them look 'trashy.' But. When I seen 'Hollywood Squares,' with Paris and Nicky, it an awesome way to showcase, they actually really smart, on the ball, and funny. No listen to Entertainment News learn about celebrity.

You’re telling me that realtors deserve almost 20% of a homes value! Realtors have driven up the cost of housing…. Many realtors are snobs and constantly brag how they “made a sale, feeling great” on their social media…..
