Great video, Jess! Made me all nostalgic. I loved the 7th but would happily stay in the 5th or 6th next time. You new home looks perfect. The fact that it was freshly renovated and the landlord gave you their seal of approval would have sold me straight away. I can't wait to come visit!

Love the 5th arrondissement, my favourite area. Stayed there when I visited Paris last year, but more towards the Jardin des Plantes. Walked everywhere, visited the Panthéon, Luxembourg gardens & explored gorgeous Rue Mouffetard.

So happy for you. Love the space and area. Can't wait to see how you style it.

How exciting! I hope you are feeling more settled now. Isn’t it strange when you have a perfectly fine apartment however you still feel like it’s not quite right for you. I’m in a similar situation where I just don’t feel “right” where I am. It’s complicated by the fact I own so have to sell if I want to move.

I love watching your videos. I always found it inspiring and lovely, and we have similar clothing styles, but the talk about 'manifesting' and 'vibration' is a bit new agey, pretentious and strange. Of course, once you're happy, I'm supportive, but i wonder what brought on this new style of thinking. Have a good day.

My sister has lived in Boulogne Billancourt since age 22 and loved it, she is now late 50s, with two grown up kids, its a lovely safe area, have visited her quite a few times and even though not central very well connectedx

@@JessicaRoseWilliams My sister and her 30 year old daughter are English teachers in secondary schools there, my niece is very talented at poetry, they do live in a very small apartment but are eligible for council housing as a teacher, so its incredibly cheap for them, hope everything goes well in your new apartmentxxx

Surprised by the Paris prices. Especially if a lot of the bills we in the UK pay are covered. Same prices for apartments here in Dorset but with all the bills!!

Le bon coin, PAP, Se Loger and have the jinka app on your phone with the filters on for what you want. It has all the listings from different agents although there’s a slight time delay. Apply IMMEDIATELY when one comes up and call if possible xx

Hi Jess. Not watched your videos for a while but love an apartment tour. Couldnt bring myaelf to watch the 30 dates one when i cant even get one date. Though things are changing for me. Totally agree! These microphones make me not want to watch the videos and I don’t notice any difference in sound. Takes away from outfits and the feeling that you’re chatting to a ‘friend’. It’s a weird trend!
