I prognosticate that Lucban town shall eventually become a city by 2030-2040 - CIUDAD DE LUCBAN OR LUCBAN CITY, QUEZON PROVINCE, PHILIPPINES. The problem is that it lacks sufficient population to make it a city at this time. There is a need of increasing in population necessary to establish a good economic foundation in 10 to 20 years to make it qualified to become a city.

MAYBE, WHAT YOU SEE IS ONLY THE MAIN TOWN OR THE URBAN-LIKE BARANGAYS. YOU GO AROUND LUCBAN AND VISIT ALL THE BARANGAYS AND YOU WILL SEE IT'S BIG, AND IT'S A BIG TOWN.
