They weren't taking proper responsibility over Clear signs that their son is not mentally stable nor fit to be in open society. The mother and father were in denial due to it being their child, but that does not disregard their duty as a parent to raise a child to the best of their ability Their love for their child is the Exact reason he flourished in hate They were ignorant on purpose to save their own image of being good people themselves, despicable behavior that locks these cycles of trauma in place

You realize they’re already sending people in the background right? They don’t wait for you to answer all the questions before sending people over. They want as many details as possible because that call can be valuable evidence, they want as detailed of an account they can get.
