@@arkyr1570 Depends how loose the pedal is. In my car if I push the pedal down all the way, I can keep it in place by shifting weight forward, which would require me to sit more forward in my seat. However, I drive leaned back, but I've noticed most women like to sit close up to the wheel. Because the weight of your leg is pushing more downwards than from the side, the pedal could maybe continue to be pressed down after initially pushing it down all the way. Now, with that being said, theoretically she could have lost consciousness and slumped down in her seat, shifting her body forwards. But seeing as how they determined she purposefully veered off the road, she was not unconscious. She is also a VERY thin girl and I highly doubt she has the weight necessary to do that.

I should have clarified, I'm an attorney that used to have to appeal these denials in my old firm, mostly for our immigration-related clients (citizens or otherwise). Often when a client wouldn't come in with a denial, they wouldn't have all the information the immigration authorities definitely have. I'd like to think the responses more reflect a low staff / funding issue that create these issues, but laziness obviously plays a role. The original idea was to have the clients do them, but denials steadily increased over the years to the point where we took them in house (and didn't directly charge for them for the obvious reason that you shouldn't need an attorney to do it for you)

As X said, the narrator being so bad faith is idiotic. Also, in my opinion, the most damning piece of evidence is that she circled the area many times before, which shows premeditation, and if the parents werent allowed to see that evidence, then its reasonable for them to defend their daughter against charges of murder.

@@prodPavka Sorry but I think this is simply a far reach, like bro, its a seatbelt 💀. My assumption is that she wanted it to be a double sυicide. Then the friend wanted a ride, she initially declined but her bf told her to let him come with them. The friend wasn't apart of her plan. And considering that she borderline worships her bf (shrine, οbsessive, etc.) she would look like the type that would consider something like a ''rοmantic dουble sυicide''. Plan goes to sh!t and now she has to rοll with it. Twisted individυal, doesn't look like the type that would pay attention to such extreme details let alone prοcess stuff nοrmally. Her goal was simple and eviI, anything inbetween I would assume its all autοpilοt with not much thought put into it. I simply don't think she had in her mind that ''Oh the seatbelts, I should tell them to not put on their seatbelts'' (To which they would have heavily questioned I assume, it wouldn't be a throwaway comment and eyebrows would be raised. It would require processing that comment and actively acting upon it without questioning anything at all.) or ''If I put on this seatbelt, my chances of surviving are increased'' what I think was going through her mind was ''Alot of Speed into a hard surface = Deαth'. We also don't know her habits, so how can we conclude that she changed habits? I am referring to your last statement, the stuff you mention don't necessarily correlate to not wearing a seatbelt or not prοtecting yοurself. I still think the seatbelt comment is simply a far reach, that stuff is mostly autopilot. If she didn't wore a seatbelt, the commentator would simply point out that instead. I've watched that channel before, and thats exactly what he does. Most favorite comment is along the lines of ''Sυspect is doing x behavior, which is a behavior when you are trying to hide something/that indicates deceptiοn/you do when you try to get away with a lιe/etc. Then some videos later, another sυspect does the exact opposite behavior and the commentator says that its a behavior correlated with lying. Its either gonna be a straight up lying accυsation or say that they are acting anxious by merely existing and how thats typically because they are trying to get away with a lιe. Another one I saw was how some people react to different situations. One guy doesn't react much, bοοm, accυsed by the cοmmentator, saying that its not a nοrmal reactiοn. Another guy reacts intensely, bοοm, accυsed by the cοmmentator, guy is trying to deceive the investigatοrs by reacting alοt. It just gets annοying and makes you realize that anything they do, even breathing miliseconds faster, will be ''sυspicious''. Just give me actual gοοd points that can atleast be presented to cουrt, what is this 💀

Little input on the question at around 25:00: what would you do as a passenger, if the driver was driving erratically? Your best and first choice is trying to reason with the driver to either drive safely or stop the car to let you out. Next is fastening your seat belt, removing any loose objects that could turn into projectiles during an accident, and bracing for any potential impact. Jumping out of a moving vehicle should be your last resort. I had a friend who made the stupid decision of jumping out of a moving car because the other people inside were violently arguing. The car was going straight at about 40-45 mph at the time she jumped. The impact and consequent ragdolling along the road knocked her out immediately and left her with several broken bones including head fractures and a brain hemorrhage, serious road rash all over her face that left unsightly scarring, and permanently deaf. She was in critical condition for a short while due to the brain hemorrhage. Luckily it only cost her her hearing. People severely underestimate the danger of jumping out of a moving vehicle. Modern cars are designed to minimize the risk of injury to both driver and passenger in case of an accident. I would argue that in probably 99% of cases you would be better off staying in the vehicle.

Then later for them to also lose their daughter to prison for the rest of her life... They was probably great parents too (i'm just assuming). 11:55 that is not a reach; it's not hard evidence to add blame to her, but it can definitely be supportive evidence alongside everything else to show a motive; if she was truely suicidal and wanted to do pull a "if I can't have you, no one can" double suicide, then logically, she wouldn't have used a seatbelt; the fact that she used a seatbelt and the others didn't could simply just be a habit and/or irresponsibility on their part, but it could also be indicative of her true intentions to kill her boyfriend (the friend is just collateral in this instance) and hopefully spare herself in the process; it was bad timing to call it out at that point in the video, and was better saved for showing the rest of the evidence showing her intent, but it's not something outlandish to point out like XQC claims 16:18 this IS a MASSIVE reach however; maybe if she were specifically doing something as morbid as a car crash victim, it would make more sense, but it's perfectly normal for someone to dress up as a zombie for Halloween, ESPECIALLY since it seems like a group costume with the rest of her friends

During my driver's education class, the instructor informed us that wearing a seatbelt is crucial. In a collision with a stationary object, such as a building, if you don't wear a seatbelt, your body (assuming you weigh around 65 kg) will generate a force of approximately 1.5 tons. This significantly increases the risk of serious injury or death compared to wearing a seatbelt, which helps distribute the force of the crash and keeps you restrained, improving your chances of survival.
