I mean i wouldn't say to a single mother that she needs a husband as a way to put her down and ridicule her for her efforts, as single mothers are amazing. But the reality is many single mothers, who live very difficult lives, would benefit tremendously from a husband to help share the burden and support one another. It is foolish to think otherwise. The real shame is the society which promotes divorce as trendy and facilitates it in 101 ways.

Yes, it would be beneficial for a single mother to have a good husband but the reason they don't is because that husband wasn't good so that's that. Not their fault or choice. That's how it is and it's better to be a single loving mother than to have an abusive or negligent or bad in any way father/ husband.

@@fortifarse I know the point you are making and it’s really splitting hairs in the end because I think we ultimately agree that a person’s appearance shouldn’t be a factor in determining the quality of the individual. You sort of mixed up definitions to refute my axiomatic definition of what wisdom is. I said wisdom is gained through life experience not that life experience is gained by age. But once again I think any argument we want to have over this point is pedantic anyways since we are meaning the same thing here I believe.

Actually it statistically is. Kids tend to do better with both a mother and a father as opposed to any other combination. As far as I've read the main reason is that moms and dads tend to care for and play with their children in different ways. Meaning they add to the childs development in different ways. As long as that is taken into consideration and compensated for there is no problem however it sadly is something that many do not acknowledge. That doesn't mean that all straight couples make for good parents and all gay/single people make for bad parents by the way.

It could be referring to a kinda odd ritual that involved gay sex? I think I heard that before? But not for love, for the ritual.
