the tooth paste thing in ramadhan is that “biologicaly”when you brush your teeth; and the toothpaste mixes with your saliva you can automatically get the taste for sure and the taste buds of our tongue enable us to have the taste,so this is the authentic thing . when it comes to islam as our religion it is said by the Prophet pbuh that using miswaak is preferable and it is also scientifically proven that miswaak prevents various teeth problems. so why not miswaak (sunnah)
