Rabbi Alon Anava..One thing you taught that resonated with me was that of being in prison,, but being fine because the mind is somewhere else. I clean houses but my mind is on Torah because I listen to podcasts while I work. I would go crazy cleaning houses if I were not getting Torah learning in hour after hour. Todah Rabbah and Shalom.
