How much it cost?
It's truly fun to do it but I'm astonished to see that there are no professional instructors out there. Only few people who are managing on their own. Why? It can be Highly tourist attracting point if there is proper administration who would handle it.

Sadly Health and Safety compliance has always been considered as a non essential in Pakistan , however to protect themselves they do make you sign a document which clearly states that if you die its on you not on us.

Khanpur dam has many spots it has one north and one west end on west end they usually have camels and boat rides on north end they have different resorts which offer sports facilities which include parasailing ,cliff diving etc

The ride costed me 3000 in january 2021, however currently i am not sure of their charges

at the time of video the price was Rs 3,000 per person and it can carry two people at one time as well. There were many parasails with 2 people onboard
Don't think twice do it and chose the water landing u won't regret it just breath when your up and you'll be fine

Yes, this facility as at the time of this video was at khanpur however i am not sure of their current facilitation with respect to parasailing.
