Thank you so much for this excellent video tutorial. I had seen many videos on making rotis but mine always turned out crusty. But after seeing yours, I tried again, following your instructions and to my utter delight the roti ballooned like a proper phulka should! And the rotis were nice and soft. I brushed them with a bit of ghee and they were delicious. Thank you once again!
