Black Current Cake Recipe
Ingredientes
5 nos of egg
120g All purpose Flour
120gm Sugar
Steps
1. Take 5 eggs in a bowl and beat it for 30 sec
2. Then Add 120gm sugar and beat it for 5-10 min till it turns flufy like shown
3. Then add maida or all purpose flour slowly and mix it with hand
4. Then take a greases tin and transfer batter in to tin and level it with pattete knife.
5. Then bake it in preheated oven for 30 min at 180 degree celcious
6. After baking keep it for cooling
7. After cooling take out cake and make it two pieces
8. Now place one piece of cake and moisturize it with black current flavour sugar syrup
9. Then add whipped cream and some black current crush.
10. Mix it and spread it evenly
11. Then place second piece of cake and moisturize it with sugar surup .
12. Put whipped cream on top and level it from all side
13. Then design it like shown .
14. Your 3 pound black current cake is ready to be served.
