Waking up this morning I thought it was a good idea, but I was wrong. I wasn't feeling well when I got up but I still felt I had the strength to go to the gym and sweat a little. But that wasn't the case, although I did get through most of my workout I was low on energy and dizzy as well as my throat being sore. I left early and picked up some food at a nearby cafe and headed home. When I got home Andy was looking the same, not feeling well aslo. We decided to spend the rest of the afternoon indoors after getting Aliyah. We ordered a bunch of food as Sammi came around so we had a healthy feast and Paul popped in to see how we were and also brought us food that Jen cooked. Although we stayed in for the rest of the day all was ok as we ate and rested and now we are hoping that today will bring us some better health.
