N even in civil riots also when the situation goes beyond the control of capf forces, then army has to called in,,,N it cannot say that the situation cant be controlled by it like capf forces can say

@@deeznuts5264 for those people, who these days compare paramilitary forces with army & try to create inferior image of them by saying that they are nothing compared to army blah blah blah. guys FYI paramilitary personnel work in multiple environments like border guarding, internal security, election duties, law & order situations etc as compared to defence forces. in many aspects they are equally professional as defence forces. stop comparing both the forces. in most of the border regions para military forces are deployed as first line of defence, further than army. however army is deployed mostly in disputed in regions that too along with para military forces like bsf in pakistan border & itbp in china border. it happens fairly, that many times para military personnel get a professional edge over defence forces as they have been deployed in those regions for long terms & have more knowledge about the region & are physically acclimatized to the region.

@@abhinavnautiyal1596 Facts are as clear as they can be, as respectfully as I can say this the fact is that the capf are inferior in all aspects barring election duties as they have never been performed by the army in any constitutional country . The multi-dimensional nature of work, while being unique to the capf is something that makes them jack of all trades but that's that, they're masters of none, not better than the police in policing roles and not even close to the army's efficiency or combat edge in both be it border guarding or war fighting( btw bsf has only taken part in minor actions-skirmishes at best 65, 71, 99 ). The acclimatization takes 22days at most even in the worst case and can't really be factored into the efficacy as the armed forces while deployed a little further away are posted at far more arduous places; besides the deployment of the aforementioned(capf) only happens to be close to borders b/c they are border guarding forces(bsf,itbp) or interior law and order forces(crpf,cisf) and only one odd member from their battalion would be attached with the army in case of armed confrontation as pathfinders. They are good at what they do but they certainly aren't the best and too far off the mark to be even compared with the army. So I'm just being honest here when i say that there are hardly any 'capf' enthusiasts or aspirants per se as they mostly people who either didn't clear UPSC CSE or came in thinking its a mini army and get disgruntled, and lets not fool ourselves even the carder that the armed forces attract is arguably better in quality and undergo much better training. As far as the combat efficiency goes any capf officer who is being honest will concede the army is a different league altogether and thus it doesn't even merit a competition with the forces. The Pakistani rangers are far more effective as they are led by their army officers and are thus a paramilitary much like the assam rifles in our case and the effectiveness shows.

If you want to join military then Army is better than BSF or CAPFS. ..there are many facilities as per paper policy but they have not given all personnel only allowed for Officers. ..by the way nice info ....

Vikas Choudhary just see the suicide figures , number of martyred jawans and number of VRS taken in last 5years for paramilitary forces..u will come to know the bitter truth..i kept it very short..i can write full night on this..FYI my one brother is in BSF and one in army and my father in law in CRPF..i know very well about all these forces...if u r talking about good training! Few days back militants broke into army camp and what happened..where is that training at the same time they tried to broke into crpf camp but they were killed on the entry gate itself..only 2 crpf jawans were killed(not martyred) i mentioned this not martyred because in real they dont get martyred status. Even if they die for our country...they go every where...where u r talking army is in the camps ITBP is patrolling there on the real border at minus 50 degrees whole of their life not for 3 years posting...only CISF is exception in all paramilitary...else all they r doing a great job for this country..FYI they also go for natural disasters...

But the system is not fine bro.becoz once we quit or get any reason to resign we are not not eligible in ex-servicemen quota.At the time of resigning of our age is not eligible for any competitive exam then we dont get any govt job.this sytsem is also not fine
