By following this Revit Tutorial you will learn how to create fully parametric and adaptive chain. We will start with creating a chain link family and than we will load that family into another adaptive component and we will transform that chain link into a ful chain.

    Hello sir I have an issue regarding family type parameter in revit family using Manage lookup table. While using size lookup formula in family type parameter its showing in consistent unit

    2 questions: 1- why transform the lines into Reference Lines: 2- The family of the individual chain links carry dimensions, so does the overall line of the chain, how one reconcile both dimensions, clearly the overall length of the chain has to be multiple of each chain link

    help! when i try to set the offsets the curved end lines move rather than the adaptive points and separate from the points they were drawn from, what am i doing wrong? @balkanarchitect

    just make sure that every parameter is instance parameter

    Even I got the same kind of problem. Even after I checked all parameters as instant parameter. Please help me out to solve this problem.
