at 12 mins,,, Correct.... This is why so many Christians never get it, even though its in their book to meditate. Never met one Christian who meditates. So, unless your insanely calm and at peace all the time... God can not hear you because of the veil between the worlds is too thick. Meditation lessens the veil. Those who sat in darkness had a great light wash upon them... This is referring to meditation, in the dark, or blind fold (makes it easier to see) the light when your eyes are closed. You can just close your eyes, but in darkness its easier to notice the light. When you see light, or other things. You have poked your head into the realm of God.....
I wish you would not have put these many advertisements in between. I was trying to listen and learn before sleeping but advertising keeps popping in between.
Our own free will brought us delusion. We did it ourselves.
I was disappointed that Yogananda' s words were rudely interrupted by a bee keeping advertisement !
Perhaps my favorite aspect of Yoganandas teaching was his use of simple metaphors. He always found a way to hit the nail on the head and wrap it up in a bow. Thank you for posting 🙏
