The first time I saw one of those animal mobility carts for the rear end was in the Babe in The City , it had a little dog using one. I thought it was the greatest thing since sliced bread. Seeing your kitty use his is by far the best thing I’ve ever seen!!! He’s light greased lightning ⚡️! He is the happiest most handsome and we’ll adjusted cat and bless you both for being in each other’s lives and giving him the unconditional love he deserves. He definitely looks like he lives his life like it’s his best day everyday. He’s more agile than any mobile cat I’ve ever seen. Is his little pair of tidy whiteys to keep him from wearing out his tail from all his racing around? It definitely gives him a cute little muscle man look and it definitely could be a new style trend for felines. 😂. Thanks for sharing your story with us!!!

It is clear, if there is a god, then he is not all powerful, not all loving, and not all wise, and is incompetent or just pure evil. What did this cat do to deserve this? If youre gonna thank god for this, how about you thank god for making the HUMAN BEINGS that made this wheelchair and discovered the surgery. Regardless of what you believe, its people like you and me that made it possible for this cat to continue living a happy life. And besides, if we're being honest, God wouldnt have done a thing if those same vets had decided to put him down..

My cat snuck out one night and someone hit him with their car breaking his back. He somehow found his way back home to me and he didnt seem in pain, just paralyzed from waist down. Vet said nothing we can do but put him down. That was 20 years ago now. Seeing this cat makes me mad that the vet rejected the idea that a cat can have wheels like a wheelchair instead of being put down. This post makes me both happy and sad! 😢

It's still a massive undertaking. It's not just the wheelchairs u have to consider. U need to help him toilet, as wearing those diapers 24/7 is gonna give him constant UTI and is not healthy for his privates. U need to disability-proof the house because there are spaces he's gonna get trapped and can't come out by himself. Not to mention the financial drain for physiotherapy, vet visits, and trying who knows how many b4 finding a wheelchair that your cat likes (my foster hated all of them and escapes them like the little rascal he was 😂) I have fostered a half-paralysed cat just like this one, and these are the things they don't show. Caring for his daily needs being paralysed might be more commitment than your family was willing to muster.
