How to upload or attach a file to in LM studio and ask the questions on top of the files that were uploaded?

This utility does not seem to be used for interacting with the downloaded LLM, but rather to manipulate the LLM for the purpose of creating a variant :LLM and then submitting it to Ollama. I thought it was for interacting with LLMs. But it appears that is not the case. There is no way to chat with the downloaded LLM via this app.
